- Control over the fulfillment of prescriptions by state supervisory bodies by the general contractor;
- Participation in the commissioning of the completed construction object;
- Preparation of necessary documents and obtaining a compliance conclusion and permission.
- Delegate the resolution of technical tasks related to the project to a team of professionals;

- Ensure robust control over the expenditure of funds from the project budget;

Construction supervision (GD 468)
- Incoming control of working documentation, checking for completeness and compliance with project regulatory documentation;
- Control over adherence to the work schedule;
- Incoming control of materials and equipment used, verification of quality documents;
- Checking the compliance of completed works with project solutions and current technical regulation requirements;
- Participation in the inspection of hidden works, intermediate acceptance of constructed structures affecting the safety of the capital construction object, sections of engineering and technical support networks;
- Operational control over the compliance with the sequence and composition of performed technological operations;
- Acceptance of completed works according to KS-2 acts, checking the compliance of the actual work performed with the presented and confirmed executive documentation;
- Control over the timely and correct maintenance of executive documentation, checking for completeness and compliance with the requirements of working and regulatory documentation;
- Geodetic and laboratory control;
- Control of compliance with labor protection and industrial safety rules;
- Ensure compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in cases where construction control is mandatory;
- Prevent the overestimation of the cost of construction and installation works;
- Eliminate hidden defects in structures and engineering networks;
- Prevent the use of low-quality construction materials;
- Ensure high quality of work;
- Complete the construction of the object and arrange for the permission to commission it within the set timeframe;
- Eliminate violations in the maintenance of executive documentation;
