YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Assessing the sufficiency of legal, initial-permission, and regulatory documentation for the corresponding stage of project implementation;
- Analyzing contracts and reporting documents;
- Supervising the maintenance of documentation for objects, including executive documentation;
- Inspecting construction objects and comparing the actual volume of work performed with the project documentation;
- Keeping cumulative records for objects;
- Determining the level of technical readiness of objects;
- Analyzing the construction schedules of objects;
- Preparing reports on the results of control measures and technical supervision of construction projects being implemented.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF:
- You have a higher education in construction;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in construction;
- You are familiar with modern construction technologies, regulatory and permitting documentation, the procedure for processing project and estimate documentation, and methods of construction work control;
- You know all the stages of construction implementation (design documentation, approvals, construction, commissioning);
- You have experience in financial monitoring of investment expenditure, the skill of compiling consolidated reports on the results of control measures, the outcomes of financial monitoring, and technical supervision of the construction project being implemented;
- Having experience in construction consulting, construction audit will be your advantage.

- Checking the compliance of estimated and actual project expenses, identifying the reasons for discrepancies;
- Analyzing contracts and reporting documents;
- Preparing and reviewing cost estimation documentation for construction and installation works, preliminary and final designs, forms KS-2, KS-3, cumulative records;
- Verifying and confirming the targeted use of borrowed funds;
- Working with the project budget, confirming and verifying the project budget at all stages from the concept phase to commissioning;
- Monitoring the market for construction materials and works;
- Financial supervision of construction, preparing monthly/quarterly reports.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF:
- You have a higher education in construction (economics in construction, civil engineering);
- You have at least 3 years of experience in construction;
- You are familiar with the principles of pricing and cost estimation in construction;
- You are a proficient user of Excel, Word;
- You can work in cost estimation software;
- You have skills in performing consolidated cost calculations for construction objects, adjusting it during construction;
- Having experience in construction consulting, construction audit will be your advantage.
